Made-to-Order Policy

All Daia by Koo pieces are made to order and crafted specifically for each client. We do not keep finished inventory on hand, allowing us to source the right diamonds and create each piece with care.

Payment

We accept payment via PayPal, Wise, Venmo, and bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required to begin diamond sourcing and production. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or collection.

Production Timeline

Production typically takes 7-10 days, depending on the design and diamond availability.

If you are planning to pick up your piece while visiting Bangkok, please submit your inquiry at least 10 days in advance so we have sufficient time to source the diamonds and complete production before your arrival 🤍
