FAAES Voices: Share Your Story

This form collects anonymous first-person accounts from people who have been rejected by automated hiring systems, often within minutes, often with no explanation given on request. Your account will be added to a growing public register used to support independent research and policy work on accountability in automated hiring. What we collect: A short description of what happened and, if you're willing, a voice recording in your own words. What we don't collect: Your name, contact details, or the name of the employer or the software used.
