What you'll do
•Partner directly with customers to scope, build, and deploy solutions on the Rightview platform
•Translate messy, real-world clinical and regulatory workflows into reliable software
•Own integrations: connect Rightview to customer data, tools, and AI agents via API and MCP
•Ship quickly, gather feedback on site, and iterate until the solution is used every day
•Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer relationship
What we're looking for
•4+ years of software engineering experience, with strong full-stack fundamentals
•A track record of shipping and owning software end to end
•Excellent communication skills and genuine comfort working directly with customers
•Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites
•Bias toward action and comfort operating with ambiguity at an early-stage company
Nice to have
•Experience in clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated domain
•Experience building with LLMs, RAG systems, or agent frameworks
•Prior forward-deployed, solutions, or professional-services engineering experience
