Building your Claude Code Command Centre

This is a half-day in-person workshop in Bangalore for people already deep into Claude Code who want to go further than ad-hoc prompting, toward running their entire work life through a single Claude Code project folder. A 'command centre.' (a glimpse into my setup)

The workshop itself is not a one-and-done course. It's the opening chapter of a larger module: the live session is where you build your foundation. The value compounds in the weeks and months after through the playbook, the frameworks supplement, the system inventory, the community, and direct access to me.

If you can be there, be there. That's the highest-leverage day. If you can't make it in person, you still get everything else: the playbook, frameworks, system inventory, plugin, community, and ongoing access. The in-person session is the only piece you'll miss.

This is for you if

- You're a founder, operator, or department-of-one who runs a function end-to-end
- You're already using Claude Code regularly, ideally on the Max plan
- You're comfortable running Claude Code on the terminal (CLI)
- Your work is heavy on knowledge work plus adjacent coding: the system handles writing, research, decisions, automations, lightweight technical workflows, but not core engineering

This is NOT for you if

- You're a beginner with Claude Code
- You're not currently shipping a high volume of work: this command centre compounds value when you're running lots of meetings, decisions, drafts, and threads through a typical week.
- You're looking for a core engineering / software development workshop

A note on operating systems

I'm a macOS user and that's what I can debug live during the workshop to the best of my abilities. The Command Centre setup works across platforms, so if you're on Windows and you're advanced enough to self-troubleshoot, you're welcome. Just know that hands-on help during the workshop will lean toward Mac users.
