Welcome to Pre Listing Podcast Experience Your house is much more than just bricks, concrete, wood, glass and metal. For many of you, it's where some of the best memories of your life are. Memories of family members, growing up and much more. Think of this as a way of capturing those memories forever. This is a new way to share the stories behind the most amazing properties across Ontario. And there is NO cost to take part. Right now I am looking for amazing properties that have a great story to share. No selling required to be part of this. In fact, its actually better if you are NOT for sale as we record this but might be considering a move in the future. Traditional real estate marketing is far too focused on the agent marketing themselves. Just look at EVERY real estate video on Instagram for an example. This approach is focused on the story of YOUR homes, communities and local history. Also think of this as a way to preserve the memories and stories of your home that will stay with you for generations.
