Gift & Program Guidelines

Secret Santa sponsors purchase gifts based on the child's approved wish list and needs. Gifts should be new and appropriate for the child's age. Please do not include used items unless specifically approved by Hearts A Home.

I understand that I will communicate only with Hearts A Home/East Valley Operation Santa and will not contact the child or family directly.

I will not photograph, post, or publicly identify the child or family I am matched with.

I understand that matching is based on available children and program needs, and my requested age group or preferences cannot be guaranteed.

I understand that gift drop-off or delivery instructions will be provided by Hearts A Home after I am matched.

I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee that I will be assigned a child.
