What I collect and why

I use your contact details, business name and questionnaire answers to understand garment-loan workflows, develop SampleLoop and recruit suitable pilot participants.

I will email you about testing or a demonstration only if you indicate interest. I will not add you to a general mailing list.

Legal basis

I rely on legitimate interests in developing SampleLoop and organising a voluntary business pilot.

Who handles your information

Only I review your responses. Tally BV and its service providers process information to operate this form. I use Gmail for pilot correspondence.

Tally hosts form responses in Europe, including Belgium. Transfers to the European Economic Area are covered by UK adequacy regulations. Provider information: https://tally.so/help/gdpr.

Google may process email information outside the UK. Its transfer arrangements, including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, are explained at https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks.

How long I keep it

I delete identifiable responses, working copies and related recruitment emails within six months of submission, or sooner when no longer needed. This includes emptying Tally’s Trash.

If you join the pilot, I will explain any additional data use separately.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your information, or request deletion or restricted use where applicable.

You can object to use of your information based on legitimate interests at any time. I will stop pilot emails if you ask.
