Online Physical Conditioning class Poll

Dear students,

As we transition our classes from Mobility into Physical Conditioning, I want to share a few updates and hear directly from you first!

What’s Changing & What’s Staying the Same:

New Name & Expanded Scope: Moving to Physical Conditioning gives me more freedom to address specific areas of the body, target unique goals, and tailor our work together.

Same Core Philosophy: I will continue to share my perspective on the body—the ultimate goal remains enhancing everyone's overall physical understanding and conditioning, just as we’ve been doing.

Flexible, Minimal Space: All classes will continue to be curated so that you can do them from home with minimal space (just like we did in the studio) or anywhere else you happen to be.

Schedule & Time Zone Notes:

1 or 2 Classes/Week: You can vote below on your preference. Note that at least one of the weekly classes will definitely fall on the weekend.

CET Time Zone: All scheduled class times will be displayed in CET (Central European Time).

Time Restrictions: Please keep in mind that I will be coaching you from the other side of the world in South America! While I will stay as consistent as possible and offer the best available options, there may be some time frame restrictions due to the time difference.

Future Structure, Modules & Payments:

Modular Format: Moving forward, we will likely run classes in modules with specific topics and themes. We will still train hard every class, but with a stronger educational flavor so you can build a deeper understanding and make a bigger difference in your physicality.

Block Payments: To keep things manageable, payments will most likely be sold in packs/blocks of classes per module topic.

No Pressure Yet: Filling out this form places you under no obligation—it simply helps me hear your needs first so I can mold this program around you before opening it officially to the public. Pricing and upcoming information will be sent to you afterwards ASAP.

Your feedback is essential! Even if it’s just to say you agree with the current setup, please take a moment to answer the questions below and leave your thoughts in the box provided. I will read every single comment to shape our upcoming schedule.
