I'm getting a new group of Thermalist® Method Guides ready for Tylösand, Sweden, on 12-14 March 2027, and I'd love for you to be part of it. The Thermalist® Method is the first programme in the Thermalist® Recovery System: science-backed contrast therapy, guided the same way in every room.
How it works. You start with 18 hours of online education at your own pace. From 1 February to 8 March 2027 we meet in six live online classes, one a week. Then you join me for three days in the heat and the cold in Tylösand, Sweden, on 12-14 March 2027.
What it costs. The training is 3,500 EUR, and you can pay in full or in two instalments. Hotel and travel are on you. After the training you guide under the Independent Guide licence, 59 EUR a month from 15 March 2027, which gives you the session tracks, the marketing material and our online meetings. If you're accepted, I'll send you the link to book your place.
Quick check. This form is for Guides without a fixed venue. If you work at, own or want to run regular sessions at one place,
apply as a venue instead.
