Mexico 2027 Registration

Welcome to the registration page for our 2027 Mexico Origin Adventure with Moka Origins. Over 13 days we travel from the colonial city of Puebla into the Sierra Norte mountains to work alongside our coffee partners, then into Tabasco to meet cacao in its birthplace, with time at the ruins of Palenque, hidden waterfalls, and the Gulf Coast.

Register yourself and your travel companions using the form below. Once we receive your registration, we’ll email you an invoice along with our Tour Participant Agreement for each adult traveler to sign electronically.

Submitting this form does not secure your spot. Your spot is confirmed once your deposit is received and your agreement is signed. Space is assigned on a first-paid basis, and invoices are held for 7 days.

Tour Dates

July 29 - August 10, 2027. 13 days, 12 nights.

Tour Rates

Rate: $4,400 per person, based on shared accommodation.

Single supplement: $1,200 for a private room, subject to availability.

Minors pay the full rate.

Important: Airfare is excluded from the prices above

Deposit Amount: A $1,000 deposit secures your spot on the trip.

Balance payment: Due on or before April 30, 2027 Please email any medical conditions, medications, allergies, and dietary restrictions to chelsea@mokaorigins.com when you register. Let her know as well if you’d prefer not to appear in photos.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to chelsea@mokaorigins.com. Your cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice. Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed.

Cancel on or before May 20, 2027: Full refund less a $300 administrative fee per person. You receive $4,100.

Cancel May 21 through June 30, 2027: Moka Origins retains $2,200 per person. You receive $2,200.

Cancel on or after July 1, 2027: No refund. 100% of the tour price is non-refundable.

If you register on or after May 1, 2027, full payment is due at registration. If you register on or after July 1, 2027, that payment is non-refundable from the moment it is made.

Tour Participant Agreement

Once you complete this registration form, we’ll email you our Tour Participant Agreement as a PDF to read and sign electronically. Every traveler 18 or older signs their own copy, and a parent or legal guardian signs on behalf of any traveler under 18.

Signing takes about two minutes and doesn’t require an account. Your spot is confirmed once your agreement is signed and your deposit is received.

The Agreement covers assumption of risk, release of liability, and our cancellation terms. Email chelsea@mokaorigins.com if you’d like to review a copy before registering.

How payment works

Once we receive your registration, Mark Larson will email you an invoice along with your Tour Participant Agreement to sign.

To pay by credit card: call Mark Larson at (570) 979-1010, Monday through Friday. A 3% processing fee applies.

To pay by check: mail $1,000 per traveler, payable to Moka Origins, to 952 Bethany Turnpike, Honesdale, PA 18431. No fee.
