You'll own both the creative vision and the production machine behind it — ideating ad concepts and content angles one hour, organizing assets and briefing editors the next. Half creative lead, half operations builder.

If you feel called to this work, let's start with your details:

Step 1: Written Application

What's your background with video editing?

Even if you've moved beyond it — we want to know you came up through the craft

How ‘up to speed’ are you with incorporating AI into creative production & organization?

What does your own diet and health routine look like?

Have you worked in direct-response or performance marketing before?

If so, what was the product/offer and what was your role in the creative process?

Describe a content or creative production system you built from scratch

Could be a production calendar, asset library, naming convention, review workflow, anything. What problem did it solve?

What does your day-to-day actually look like in your current (or most recent) role?

Walk us through a typical week.

What about this brand or space genuinely interests you?

Step 2: Loom Video (5-10 minutes)

If your application stands out, we'll ask you to record a short Loom covering two things:

Part A — Creative Breakdown. Pick any Detox Dudes ad, social post, or piece of content you can find online. Break down what's working, what you'd change, and pitch one new angle or concept you'd test next. Walk us through how you'd brief an editor to execute it.

Part B — System Walkthrough. Show us a creative production system you've personally built and managed — at a previous company, for a client, in your own business, whatever. Screen-share it. Walk us through how it works, why you built it that way, and how your team used it day-to-day.

We're looking for someone who can do both: think creatively AND run the operation. This Loom is how we see that.
