We are recruiting high-calibre Country Market Leads across the USA, Canada, UK, Dubai (UAE), and France to join the Voranex Africa Charter Partner Program.

This role is built for individuals who can translate global interest into real market entry opportunities, acting as a key bridge between international tech ecosystems and African execution.

Role Purpose

The Country Market Lead will represent Voranex in their assigned country, driving pipeline development, partnerships, and deal flow.

Key Responsibilities

Market Representation

Act as the official Voranex representative in your country Build visibility across startup, VC, and enterprise ecosystems

Pipeline Development

Identify and engage B2B tech companies exploring Africa expansion Build relationships with founders, executives, and decision-makers

Partnership Building

Develop relationships with VCs, accelerators, and ecosystem players Strengthen consistent access to high-quality deal flow

Deal Support

Qualifying and passing leads to the core team Support conversations through to conversion and onboarding

Market Intelligence

Provide insights on local trends, opportunities, and buyer behavior Help position Voranex effectively within your market Alignment with Voranex Partner Program

This role sits under Track C: Country Market Lead within the Charter Partner Program.

You are not just sourcing leads. You are: A market owner A deal originator A core part of the expansion engine

Your output feeds directly into Voranex’s LaunchPad™ model (Validate → Operate → Scale), ensuring opportunities move from idea to execution.

Earnings Structure

Performance-based and outcome-driven:

Phase 1 (Market Validation): ~5% per deal Phase 2 (Active Clients): ~$450/month per client Ongoing earnings tied to client activity

This model aligns with Voranex’s philosophy: results drive revenue.

Who This Role Is For

Essential

Strong network in the USA, Canada, the UK, the UAE, and France Experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or startup ecosystems Ability to identify and convert commercial opportunities Strong relationship-building and communication skills
