School Experience & Late Diagnosis - Short Anonymous Survey

I'm a secondary school student researching how UK schools identify (or miss) autism and ADHD. This takes about 2 minutes. All responses are anonymous. If you were diagnosed late - or are still waiting - I'd really value your perspective.
