This questionnaire does not ask for your name or email address and will not enrol you in marketing. Your answers will not automatically become testimonials or public quotations.
Lavinia at PartnerCare Mastery will access the responses in Tally. Copies with identifying details removed may be shared with ChatGPT to help analyse themes and improve future offerings. Please avoid including identifying details in your answers.
PartnerCare Mastery will delete the original responses from its Tally account and its own downloaded copies within 90 days after this collection round closes, keeping only summaries with identifying details removed. Tally and any analysis service also process data under their own privacy policies.
