Female Founder Club — Is This For You?
What it is
A 10-week peer program for women entrepreneurs in Whitehorse, run by Yukonstruct in partnership with WEBC. It's not a workshop or another info session — it's a small, structured group where you bring your real, current challenges and get direct input from other founders who are dealing with the same stuff.
This is built specifically for founders who are past the startup phase — two or more years in — and are now navigating the harder problems that come with that stage: managing a team, keeping cash flow steady, planning for growth, staying motivated when things get hard. If you've outgrown the "how do I start" programming and are looking for people who actually get where you're at, this is designed for you.
How it works
9 weekly peer sessions, 1.5 hours each, in person at Yukonstruct's Makespace. Each week, one founder in the group brings a live challenge, and everyone works through it together — questions, ideas, accountability. The format rotates, so you'll both get support and give it.
