Haven does not open daily slots for this custom orders. Custom designs are only available upon specific request. To check for current availability, please contact Haven directly.

Design Requirements & Plagiarism Policy

Because I give the actual template files directly to you, and every design is made exclusively for you, please provide a highly detailed and clear explanation of your vision. The more details you share from the start, the better the final result will be!

If you have design inspiration, you must cite the original source. STRICT PROHIBITION: Using inspiration from other BA (Business Account/Agency) catalogues is strictly forbidden. Haven reserves the right to decline any custom request if we feel the project is outside our current capacity or expertise.

Payment Terms

Once you have submitted the form, a down payment (DP) of IDR 25,000 is required to secure your slot. The remaining balance (total price depends on the complexity of the design) must be settled after Haven sends you the design preview. The final template files will only be shared after the full payment is received.

Usage Rights

PERSONAL USE For personal use, the price starts from IDR 45,000. The final price will depend on how complex the design is. Even though you have the template files, you are not allowed to resell, redistribute, or claim the raw template design as your own work. Haven has the full right to put the final design into Haven's portfolio.

COMMERCIAL USE For commercial use, the price starts from IDR 110,000. The final price will depend on how complex the design is. You are strictly not allowed to resell the template or use any parts of this design for other designs.

The customer has the right to ask Haven not to put the design in Haven's portfolio. The public review ('ospek') will be done in public by the customer, while being monitored by Haven. If the design looks similar to someone else's work, the customer has the right to ask Haven for a revision. This revision can only be requested up to 1 month* after Haven gives the files to the customer.

*If it has been more than 1 month and the customer gets a 'warning' from someone else, the customer is allowed to change the design themselves, as long as they inform Haven nicely in private.

Processing Time & Rush Orders

The standard turnaround time to receive your first design preview is 5 to 20 business days (excluding the revision process). * Rush Orders: Please check our availability first. If we are able to accommodate a rush request (48–72 hour turnaround), an additional fee of up to 150% of the original design price will apply, depending on the complexity of the task.
