1. Nature of Registration:
By completing this form, you are joining the high-priority waiting list to secure one of the 100 available Lifetime Licenses for VerbaBase. This act does not constitute an immediate purchase, but rather a reservation of a spot with a future payment commitment.
2. Payment Commitment (€700):
- Once the 100-member cohort is complete, you will receive a notification via email with a secure payment link.
- At that time, you must pay a €100 Deposit (Non-Refundable) to confirm your identity and activate your engineering turn.
- The remaining €600 will be settled at the start of your Business Interview with the AI.
3. Infrastructure and Hosting:
- Software Ownership: The €700 payment grants a perpetual license to use the generated architecture.
- Hosting: VerbaBase does not cover the monthly cost of the server where the instance is hosted. Clients have two options:
- Sovereign Option: Provide your own server (VPS/Cloud) with SSH access. VerbaBase will perform the installation at no additional setup cost.
- Managed Option: VerbaBase can deploy the instance on Hetzner. The server cost will be passed on to the client at actual market cost (with zero profit margin for VerbaBase).
- Post-Launch: Users outside of this program will pay a monthly subscription. Managed hosting for them will include a service margin.
Upon receiving the "Cohort Full" notice, the user has 48 hours to complete the €100 reservation payment. After this period, the spot will be automatically assigned to the next user on the waiting list.
