YouthPay Application Form

About YouthPay

YouthPay is building a financial platform for Pakistan's teenagers (13-17). We're working to make payments, financial independence, and money management more accessible to the next generation through a regulated and responsible approach.

We're still early, which means you'll have the opportunity to help shape not just the brand, but the journey itself.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a creative builder who can help shape the YouthPay brand from the ground up.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We're looking for someone who understands content, storytelling, social media, internet culture, and community building. Someone who can turn ideas into content, content into engagement, and engagement into a movement.

You may be a creator, marketer, designer, videographer, strategist, community builder, or simply someone with exceptional creative instincts.

What You'll Do
-Shape YouthPay's brand and positioning -Create content strategies and campaign ideas -Write scripts, posts, and creative concepts -Help build and manage our social presence -Work on community-building initiatives -Collaborate on growth experiments and partnerships -Help bring Pingo 🐧 and the YouthPay story to life
Requirements
-Based in Karachi (preferred) -Strong understanding of social media and content -Ability to think creatively and independently -Proven ability to build, grow, or create something people care about

We are far more interested in proof of execution than resumes, degrees, or job titles.

If you've built an audience, grown a page, produced content, launched a project, managed a community, or achieved meaningful results in any creative capacity, we want to see it.

Compensation

This is a paid opportunity. Compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on experience, skills, and level of involvement.

Why Join?

You'll be joining at a very early stage and will have a meaningful role in shaping the future of the brand.

You'll work alongside an ambitious team, gain exposure to Pakistan's startup and fintech ecosystem, collaborate with founders and operators, and have the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a company from its earliest days.

If you're looking for a structured corporate role, this probably isn't for you.

If you're excited by ownership, creativity, experimentation, and building something from zero, we'd love to hear from you.
