About this surveyThank you for joining us. We are working together to understand the challenges households in the UK face regarding energy bills and meters, and more importantly, to connect you with the support you are entitled to.
This project is run by the Innovate4Environment programme, a partnership between the British Council, the University of Warwick, and The Energy and Resources Institute.
How we use your data:This survey serves two purposes: to inform our research into energy poverty and to guide you toward the support you need. Your answers help us advocate for fairer energy policies for families like yours. You can skip any question or stop at any time. Everything you share is anonymous; we do not ask for your name or immigration status, and your responses are combined with others for group reporting, so nothing can be traced back to you.
Ethical promise: We are committed to protecting your privacy and follow strict research standards to ensure your participation is safe. The team confirms that all research processes adhered to the ethical and professional standards outlined in the
University of Warwick Ethical Conduct of Research policy.
What you get:At the end of this survey, we provide a list of support services you can access immediately. You will also have the option to request a follow-up from an energy adviser if you need extra help.
