About this survey
Ontario Works caseworkers and frontline staff see parts of the system that the public rarely hears about. This survey asks what helps or prevents you from providing timely, fair, and humane service.
It is for people who currently work, or worked within the past two years, in an Ontario Works caseworker or closely related frontline role. No proof is required. It takes about 3-4 minutes.
Do not include names, contact details, employer or office names, municipality or First Nation, exact job titles, client information, case numbers, addresses, internal screenshots, documents, or details that could identify you, a colleague, or a client.
Findings may be shared in aggregate through r/OntarioWorks, policy briefings, and media.
Participation is voluntary, and you may stop at any time.
r/OntarioWorks is an independent community and not run by the Government of Ontario, a municipality, a First Nation, or an Ontario Works delivery office.
