Speaker-Betreuung (Speaker Support)
You'll make sure speakers find their room and are in the right place at the right time.
Bühne (Stage Support)
You'll keep the stage running smoothly: refilling water, setting out fresh glasses, and closing doors once a room is full.
Garderobe (Cloakroom)
You'll manage the cloakroom, helping guests check in and out their belongings quickly and smoothly.
Springer / Runner
Our flexible go-to person for whatever comes up. Great if you like variety and staying on your toes.
Fotos / Videos
You'll help capture the summit through photo and video. Please note: this role requires your own professional camera/video equipment, we're not able to provide gear.
Standbetreuung (Booth Support)
You'll support our exhibitors, making sure booths are set up and taken down on time, and areas are left clean.
Kinderbetreuung (Childcare) (as needed)
In case a guest brings their child, you'll help keep them occupied so parents can enjoy the summit.
