Event Coordinator
The Event Coordinator will work to collaboratively plan and execute all aspects of our TEDx events. Together with other ECs, they will manage venue coordination, catering, volunteer oversight, vendor relationships, registration logistics, attendee experience, decor planning, merchandise, and run-of-show execution.
Their responsibilities include pre-event setup, day-of coordination, and post-event wrap-up to ensure seamless execution across every touch point.

Sponsorship Coordinator

The Sponsorship Coordinator is responsible for identifying, securing, and maintaining external sponsorships and partnerships that support TEDxRegina’s mission. This role involves researching potential sponsors, coordinating outreach efforts, developing proposals, and managing communications throughout the partnership lifecycle.

The Sponsorships Coordinator also plays a key role in ensuring sponsors receive the full value of their partnership through benefit delivery, recognition, and post-event follow-up. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, confidence in communication, and the ability to represent the TEDxRegina brand professionally and persuasively.

Finance Coordinator

The Finance Coordinator oversees the financial infrastructure of TEDxRegina and supports the successful execution of sponsorship agreements. This role includes managing the event budget, processing payments and reimbursements, generating invoices for sponsors, and tracking financial obligations and deliverables. 

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with budgets, spreadsheets, and financial documentation, while also being a collaborative team player.

Speaker Coordinator
The Speaker Coordinator supports TEDxRegina speakers throughout their journey from selection to the TEDx stage. This role includes coordinating speaker communications, scheduling and supporting rehearsals, tracking speaker requirements and deliverables, maintaining speaker documentation, supporting speaker logistics, and working closely with speaker coaches and the broader team to ensure speakers are prepared and supported throughout the process.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, an excellent communicator, and comfortable building relationships and coordinating multiple people and deadlines, while also being a collaborative team player.
Digital Communications Coordinator

The Digital Communications Coordinator manages TEDxRegina’s website and supports the organization’s broader digital communications infrastructure. This role includes maintaining and updating website content, creating and managing event and speaker pages, supporting Google Ads and other digital advertising campaigns, monitoring website performance and analytics, supporting search engine optimization (SEO), and working with the Communications team to ensure our digital platforms effectively support TEDxRegina’s marketing and audience engagement goals.

This role is ideal for someone who is digitally savvy, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with websites, digital advertising, analytics, and online platforms, while also being a collaborative team player.
Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator manages TEDxRegina’s social media presence and supports the delivery of engaging and consistent content across our social platforms. This role includes developing content calendars, writing and scheduling posts, supporting social media campaigns, engaging with our online community, monitoring performance, and working with the Creative Coordinator to develop compelling visual content.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, digitally savvy, and passionate about social media, storytelling, and building engaged online communities, while also being a collaborative team player.
Public Relations Coordinator

The Public Relations Coordinator supports TEDxRegina’s external communications and helps strengthen relationships with media, community partners, and the wider public. This role includes developing press releases and media materials, writing blog posts, coordinating media outreach, identifying publicity opportunities, supporting newsletters and external announcements, and helping ensure TEDxRegina’s stories and impact are effectively communicated to the community.

This role is ideal for someone who is a strong writer and communicator, relationship-oriented, proactive, and comfortable engaging with media and external stakeholders, while also being a collaborative team player.

Creative Coordinator

The Creative Coordinator leads the development of visual and multimedia content that brings the TEDxRegina brand and stories to life. This role includes creating graphics and promotional materials, supporting video production and editing, developing digital and event assets, and collaborating with the Communications team to maintain a consistent and high-quality visual identity across all platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, visually driven, and skilled in graphic design and/or video production, while also being a collaborative team player.
