She Is was created for girls ages 15-18 who are struggling with self-esteem, identity, difficult emotions, making healthy choices, or navigating circumstances that are creating noticeable change. Through consistent mentorship, honest conversations, and intentional experiences, girls have space to work through what they're facing and develop a stronger sense of who they are.
This is a closed 8-session mentorship cohort through Restorative Solutions for Youth. Only 15 girls will participate per cohort to ensure genuine connection, trust, and intimacy.

Schedule: Biweekly | 8 sessions across 4 months
She Is Alumni: Girls who complete the program will be celebrated at She Is Graduation and welcomed into the She Is Alumni, with opportunities to stay connected, serve, and grow beyond their cohort. Alumni may also be considered for the RSY Youth Advisory Council.
