Certified CoLab TA Application

Introduction

The Collaborative Intelligence Lab (CoLab) works with courses such as ENGS12, at the instructor's invitation, by adding coaching (to students and faculty), tools (R&D and customized workflow recipes) , and studio space access to such existing course. It serves any course involving design, making, or applied projects across Dartmouth. In its first couple terms, CoLab has reached over 120 students across multiple course sessions. Over 12+ custom workflow recipes have been developed for generative AI image, video, 3D tools.

To reach more students and courses, we are building a network of "Certified CoLab TAs" who have previous exposures and experiences with the latest tools we implement. This allows partner faculty to identify (general) TA candidates who have an edge in terms of tool experiences.

Who should apply

Students who actively look for TA opportunities in Human-Centered Design and other design related courses Students who have experiences with the latest tools that CoLab supports (currently these are AI image / video / 3D tools)
