Whether someone invited you, you discovered this community through a retreat or workshop, or you've simply been searching for a space to write alongside others, welcome.

Before we begin working together, I'd love to welcome you into this community—not simply how it works, but how we've learned to care for one another over the years.

This handbook isn't meant to be a list of rules.

It's an invitation into the culture we've been cultivating together since 2020.

Accountability With Care is a facilitated community practice offered through At the Pace of Love™.

Together we begin with a gentle arrival check-in, spend dedicated time moving our work forward, and close by celebrating progress, honoring our humanity, and remembering that meaningful work flourishes when people feel supported.

Some days you'll accomplish exactly what you hoped.

Other days, showing up will be enough.
