To leave with something that has genuinely shifted, not just a new framework

Someone who understands the world I operate in, not just personal development

Permission to be honest about what is actually going on

To feel like I'm not doing this all alone

Depression that is currently acute or destabilising

Trauma that is currently unprocessed or destabilising
