BRAIDING POLICIES

* All appointments are by request only.*

* No same-day appointments.
* No guests unless confirmed.
* A $10 non-refundable security deposit is required before and to confirm your appointment and is applied toward the total service cost.
* Deposits are non-refundable and protect against same-day cancellations and no-shows.
* Your remaining balance is due at the end of the service and may be paid using an accepted payment method.
* Clients are responsible for arriving with washed, and detangled hair unless instructed otherwise.
* Services are limited to natural hair colors (1, 1B, 2, and 4)
* Any custom hair colors must be provided by client.
* Boho styles and curly add-ins are not available at this time.
* A 10 minute grace period is allowed if needed *with communication.*
* After 20 minutes with no contact your appointment will be canceled.
* Failure to cancel or show for an appointment may impact future booking eligibility.
