Building Peace Together: Continuing the Conversation

Part of the Peace in Practice Project at Fuller Theological Seminary’s Center for Peacebuilding and Conflict Transformation

The Peace in Practice Project is an ongoing listening initiative exploring how Christian leaders are navigating conflict, division, and polarization in this moment.

Over the past year, pastors, nonprofit leaders, educators, and marketplace leaders across the country helped shape this work through surveys, listening sessions, and shared reflection. Again and again, leaders described polarization not simply as a series of isolated conflicts, but as an ongoing condition shaping communities, relationships, and leadership itself. This survey is one way we are continuing to listen.

Whether you lead within a congregation, organization, school, business, or local community, your experience matters. We hope this survey creates space not only to share challenges, but to reflect on what helps sustain faithful leadership amid conflict and division.

Your responses will help inform future research, gatherings, resources, and partnerships emerging from the Peace in Practice Project.

This confidential survey takes approximately 10–12 minutes to complete.

Thank you for contributing to this ongoing work of listening, discernment, and peacebuilding.
