Founding Content Producer & Growth Operator

Most operators wait for the playbook.

This one helps write it. You have a chance to help build a brand before the world knows its name.

KYUNU is a premium noodle brand built on a proprietary process learned from a Japanese noodle master. We're launching on TikTok Shop and Amazon, placing in tastemaker retail, and building something that doesn't exist yet in the food space. The foundation is solid. Now we need someone to help us scale it.

This is a ground-floor role at a real company with real traction. You'll film and produce content, run operations, coordinate vendors, execute launches, and do whatever moves the brand forward that day. No two days look the same and that's the point.

If you ever wanted:

✅ a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help craft a brand’s voice before the world knows it
✅ a chance to grow into a major creative role as the company scales
✅ freedom to experiment, create, and be part of a team that actually cares about your ideas
✅ a portfolio filled with real content that millions could eventually see…
Then you are the right fit if you:
✅ have done real work at a real company and you're ready for more ownership
✅ are strong content creator — video production, editing, and graphic design are genuinely in your wheelhouse
✅ execute without being managed
✅ are based in Las Vegas or willing to relocate — and you're ready to go all in.

This isn't a stepping stone. It's a bet on yourself.

Let’s make history together. 🚀🍜

Note: This role starts part-time with the expectation of growing into full-time as the brand scales.

Compensation & Structure
This role will start part-time (10–20 hours/week to start).
Hourly rate typically ranges from $18–$25/hr depending on experience and skill level.

This is a hands-on founding team role with the opportunity to grow into a larger role as the company grows.

ABOUT KYUNU

KYUNU is a next-generation Asian food brand based in Las Vegas. We make premium Chuka Soba noodles — alkaline, egg-enriched, air-dried, never extruded — built on a process learned from a Japanese noodle master. Our vision is to build the next Chobani: a modern food company rooted in flavor, culture, and storytelling.

KYUNU was founded by Brian Shen, former Head of Product at ClickUp, where he helped scale the company from early-stage startup to a $4B unicorn alongside CEO Zeb Evans. Brian is a Harvard alum, a Wharton MBA, and a former brand strategist at mcgarrybowen, one of the top creative agencies in the world.

If you want to join a brand at the exact moment it's breaking through — where your work shapes the identity, not just supports it — this is that moment.
