🦫Groundhog Play 🎩Designer Registration Form

Hello and welcome to 🦫 Groundhog Play 🦫 Groundhog Play is a Free, Two-Day, Access-Focused Tabletop RPG Convention to Playtest Games. As the majority of games will be unknown, we will ask some questions during registration with the aim of suggesting which games on offer you are most likely to enjoy. To this end, registration is split over two forms. Designer Registration is for those who will playtest of their own game as well as play in others games. Playtester Registration is for those who are only playing in others games. You need only fill in one of these forms. This is the Designer Registration Form. If you are a person who just wants to playtest games made by other people at Groundhog Play, please register here. Dates: Sat 21st & Sun 22nd March 2026 Venue: Pluto Q, 42-44 Albert Road, Glasgow, G42 8DN Our convention is open to all ages. Each attendee should fill in their own registration form. If you are under 16, we require you indicate another attendee who is 18+ who agrees to be responsible for your wellbeing while at Groundhog Play. We will provide back-up games if no age-appropriate playtests are taking place. NB: While we will endeavour to facilitate parents with babies and young children, we do not have the space or resources to offer dedicated childcare. Access details for the venue are available on PlutoQ's website. In addition, mask wearing is required within the venue for all ages.
While attending Groundhog Play is completely free, we will be holding fundraising events at the convention (merch sales, raffles, etc). If you have stable disposable income, please consider donating £5 to each of our two fundraising causes for 2026:
