What's Your CALLing?

Q2. Is your primary mobile connection Prepaid or Postpaid?

I like the control of recharging manually / no fear of a surprise bill

Prepaid is more convenient to manage (no paperwork, KYC, etc.)

I don't see any real benefit to switching

No risk of bill shock (spending caps/alerts)

Better customer service for bundled customers

I already have these from other providers and see no reason to switch

I prefer choosing the best provider per service, not one for everything

I don't trust my telecom provider's WiFi/OTT/TV quality

Switching cost/existing contract with current provider

Having one app/customer support for everything

A discount versus paying for each separately

Flexibility to drop any one service anytime

No, I prefer no lock-in even with a discount

Didn't know telecom companies offered banking/payment products

I already have a bank/UPI app I'm loyal to

Don't trust a telecom company with banking/financial data
