2026 Filipino-Canadian Community Federal Pre-Budget Consultation Survey

This national survey is a collaborative initiative by Pwrforward, Kabangka, the Filipino Canadian National Congress (FCNC), and Mabuhay District to better understand the experiences, priorities, and needs of Filipino Canadians across Canada.

Together, we are gathering community perspectives, experiences, priorities, and ideas to inform a collaborative 2026 Federal Pre-Budget Submission. The insights collected will also contribute to a national report highlighting key themes, emerging trends, and shared priorities across the Filipino-Canadian community.

This survey is conducted by Pwrforward, a Canadian not-for-profit organization.

The survey is not conducted by or on behalf of the Government of Canada. Pwrforward

is responsible for collecting, managing, and protecting the information gathered through

this survey.

The survey will take 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

This survey is designed to collect anonymous responses. We ask that you do not

provide your name, contact information, or any other information that could directly

identify you or another individual in your responses. The survey will ask information about your demographic and background, including information related to your Filipino heritage, age group, province or territory of residence, education, employment, and other characteristics relevant to understanding the diverse experiences of Filipino Canadians.

Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. You may choose not to answer any

question and may stop completing the survey at any time before submitting your

responses.

Survey data will be retained only for as long as necessary to complete the research,

prepare the report, support related analysis, and meet any applicable legal, contractual,

or funding requirements. Any information that could reasonably identify an individual, if inadvertently collected, will be removed where feasible before analysis and reporting.
