Troy Jackson Delegate Signup Form

IMPORTANT: Please read the below instructions completely

Everyone running to be a delegate for Troy must complete these instructions by Wednesday, July 15th at 5 PM in order to qualify. 1. Fill out your contact information below. 2. On the next page after the contact information section, you will see the Maine Democratic Party's official delegate pre-registration form.

- Enter the requested details on your voter registration information

- Select whether you are registering to be a delegate or just to attend the caucus and vote

- Click "Next"

- Per form instructions, provide less than 250 words about why you want to be a delegate

- Confirm that you are able to attend the State Convention which will start on

Saturday July 25th at 9 AM at the Cross Insurance Arena in Bangor

- Confirm that you agree to the terms of the nominating procedure

- Click "Next"

- Click "Submit"

3. Below the Maine Democratic Party's form, click the button that says "Finish"

You must complete both forms and click “Finish” to register
