Connection Lab: Understanding Neurotypes

Welcome to Connection Lab: Understanding Neurotypes

We’re so glad you’re here.

This workshop is designed for people of all neurotypes - so-called “neurotypical” and “neurodivergent” alike - who want to better understand themselves and each other, and build the skills to stay in connection, even (and especially) when things feel hard.

Why this work matters

Most of us were never taught how to understand differences in how people think, feel, and process the world.

So when things get difficult, we often default to:

- correcting behaviour - pushing for compliance - or feeling stuck and unsure how to respond

But what looks like resistance, disconnection, or overwhelm is often a signal - of capacity, needs, or something underneath that hasn’t been understood yet.

This workshop helps you see and respond to what’s actually there - so connection, trust, and capacity can grow.

What we’ll explore together

Through creativity, play, and experiential learning, we’ll explore:

• how different neurotypes experience the world • how we communicate, process, and express needs • what helps us feel safe, understood, and connected • how to read behaviour as communication - not a problem to fix • practical tools for navigating emotions and relationships • how ideas about “normal” can limit all of us

What you’ll walk away with

You’ll leave with:

• a deeper understanding of ADHD and/or Autism, and neurotype differences • the ability to recognize what behaviour is signaling underneath • practical tools to respond with more clarity (instead of reactivity) • shared language you can use in your relationships right away • a stronger sense of connection - to yourself and others

A different kind of learning space

This isn’t about fixing people or getting it “right.”

It’s about creating the conditions where:

- people feel safe to show up as they are - differences can be understood and worked with - and connection can hold - even when things are tough

Everyone belongs here.

Before you register

This form helps us prepare a space where everyone is:

- interested in being there - open to participating - and willing to engage in a shared learning experience

There are no right answers. No judgment. No fixing.

If you’re completing this form for multiple participants, please fill it out once for each person.

We can’t wait to learn and play together
Registration payment link will be sent upon completion of this form
