As the primary governance node for your campus/organisation, you will lead the "Sense" Phase. Your goal is to move beyond "Policy Jargon" and focus on Evidence-Based Governance Discovery. You will facilitate the gathering of high-fidelity policy and institutional observations from your peers to map the national health governance friction landscape.
