Summer Musical Theatre Voice Lessons - Interest Form

Maple Music Studios is gauging interest for a summer group voice lesson program focused on musical theatre skills for children aged 8-12. If you have multiple children interested, please complete the form for each child. Submitting this form does not guarantee a spot - we will follow up with you directly by email.

Program at a glance

The program will have 8 sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm. Total cost for these sessions is $500+HST - this works out to approximately $30 per hour of instruction. Sessions will occur at The Knox (618 St. Lawrence St.) and the program will run from June 29 to July 22 or July 27.

As Canada Day falls on a Wednesday this year, we will schedule the first week accordingly. Please indicate which option works best for your family:
