Hiring: Canva Specialist (Freelance / Contractor) 🎨

ENTRE LES LIGNES is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Canva Specialist to elevate our visual brand.

Contract type: Project-based with potential for steady long-term collaboration

Location: Fully remote (must have at least 4 hours of overlap with CET business hours)

First Assignment: Content design of an upcoming White Paper (to be delivered by the early second week of June)

About the Role & Our Aesthetic
We are looking for a hands-on Canva expert who can translate our unique branding into stunning visual documents, client-facing presentations, and sleek social media assets.

What You'll Be Doing:

Brand Guardianship: Fully owning and working independently within Canva using our established ELL Brand Guidelines.

Document & Presentation Design: Transforming text-heavy drafts into polished, highly readable corporate presentations, case studies, and PDFs.

Social Media Assets: Creating eye-catching, on-brand graphics and carousels for our LinkedIn presence.

Immediate Project: Hitting the ground running to design and format our upcoming premium White Paper.

Who We're Looking For:

Canva Power User: 2+ years of professional experience designing specifically within Canva.

Eye for Layout: A strong understanding of typography, whitespace, and visual hierarchy.

Autonomous Worker: You don't need to be micro-managed. You take a brief and run with it.

Timezone Overlap: Available to collaborate and communicate with the team during CET business hours (minimum 4 hours overlap daily).

Skills & Tools:
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) - Strong experience working with Notion - Experience with accounting and invoicing tools (knowledge of BILLIT.eu is a strong plus) - Familiarity with translation business management systems is a plus (e.g. Protemos) - Comfortable using Canva for presentations and visuals
