Alternative Hair Piece Return Policy Agreement For Sonder Salon
Sonder Salon is committed to transparency and promotes open dialogue about every aspect of alternative hair investments, including our policies.
To maintain the highest hygiene and quality control standards, the following return policy is strictly enforced:
● a. All Sales Are Final Once Removed From Premises
Once an alternative hair piece has left the premises of Sonder Salon, the sale is final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances.
● b. Altered Items Are Non-Returnable
Any hair piece that has been altered in any manner—including but not limited to cutting, coloring, thinning, resizing, or any other customization performed by Sonder Salon—is considered final sale and is nonreturnable and non-exchangeable.
Once the order details are finalized and agreed upon, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the order. After submission, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances. The estimated turnaround time is approximately 18-20 weeks.
Please note: Due to the unpredictable nature of hair loss or regrowth, Sonder Salon is not responsible if the custom piece no longer meets your needs at the time of completion. Should your needs change, a new custom order may be necessary, or additional costs may apply to modify the original order.
2. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above return policy. The Client accepts that once an item is either removed from the premises or has undergone any form of alteration, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
