TradeBanta — Internship Recruitment Application

TradeBanta is building a social prediction marketplace around real-world events. We welcome motivated early-career applicants, including students, self-taught applicants and career changers with relevant skills and availability.
Each internship begins as a three-month programme with data support, an internship incentive and supervised on-the-job learning. All internship roles are fully remote. The amounts, payment arrangements, weekly hours and start date will be explained before you accept an offer. No performance bonus is promised here.
At the end of Month 3, TradeBanta may conclude the internship or propose an extension of up to three additional months based on performance, learning progress and business needs. Any extension requires written agreement. Interns who complete the extended programme may be considered for a permanent role where a suitable position exists. Extension and permanent employment are not guaranteed.
Choose one primary role. After the common details, you will see only that role’s questions, followed by shared availability and closing questions. Existing work and concise answers are enough; larger practical tasks are reserved for shortlisted applicants.
