Once we've confirmed your room type is still free, we'll email you a payment link for the exact amount in your chosen currency. You'll have 24 hours from the moment we send that link to complete payment — and if your bank is slow, confirmation that the transfer has gone out secures your spot.

Prices are set in euros. If you choose another currency we'll convert it and send you the exact amount with your payment link. That amount is fixed — please send it in full. Any fees charged by your bank, or by an intermediary bank along the way, are yours to cover.
Swiss francs and Canadian dollars are bank transfer only.
Either way, the full amount is due 90 days before the retreat starts. The €500 deposit is non-refundable.

Your deposit is non-refundable and our cancellation terms apply whatever the reason. We strongly recommend a policy with trip cancellation and curtailment cover, for medical and personal reasons, bought at the time of booking rather than closer to the date.
