• Understand prospective customers' needs through discovery and follow-up.
• Maintain opportunity records and agreed next steps.
• Support proposals, commercial conversations and stakeholder coordination within your sales remit.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with CRM, sales reporting, research and customer communication tools.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.
Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
