What is it?

You know you have something to offer beyond your job. Now it's time to be audacious and build it - strategically and in a structured way with like-minded peers alongside you for accountability.

The Gift of Audacity is an 8-week structured group coaching cohort designed for senior women in corporate who want to start a services business (Fractional advisory, an agency, consulting business etc.) but feel a bit stuck, either not sure of their exact idea or what to do next. Together we'll go from idea to first paying customer. Spots are limited so everyone gets real attention.

Starts end of June 2026 (exact date TBC) · €800 (or 2 monthly payments of €400) · Max 8 participants.

Session 1 - (Week 1) Discover your unfair advantage and use this to find the best business ideas: I will help you find the best business ideas based on your unique SkillStack, what gives you energy and market demand

Session 2 - (Week 2) The Entrepreneur Mindset : getting comfortable with fear and dismantling the "not ready yet" story and other limiting beliefs before you start testing.

Session 3- (Week 3) Testing & Feedback Loops: how to test and validate ideas and get feedback on each step of the Many Gifts testing framework
Session 4- (Week 4) Testing part 2 : Peer collaboration for testing: creating your testing strategy, helping you form a solid first MVP
Session 5- (Week 5) Business Models & Pricing Psychology : finding the right business model that fits your niche and life, and pricing with confidence instead of apology
Session 6-(Week 6): Refining your positioning before you start selling: This is not only about your messaging but how you position your services/products relative to the market. Defining your ICP and offer positioning.
Session 7- (Week 7) Sales part 1: Getting Your First Customers: practical, non-cringe outreach strategies for people who hate selling, how to set up a sales funnel and drive conversions. Choosing the right channel depending on your target audience.

Session 8- (Week 8) Sales part 2: How to have sales conversations : sales calls that convert and how to talk about your offer with confidence - featuring an external sales expert.

Peer and coaching support via a private WhatsApp group for accountability and honest feedback.
