Have your card number handy. It's the number from your receipt when you downloaded the card. If you can't find it, no worries, just give us your name and email and we'll match it up.

The easy way: tap the box below, choose Take Photo, and take a picture of your card. Lay the card flat on a table near a window, hold your phone straight above it, and make sure no shadow falls across it. You can upload the front and the back.
Want it even sharper? Scan it first.
On an iPhone: before you tap the box below, open the Files app on your phone. Tap the three dots at the top of the screen and choose Scan Documents. Hold your phone over the card and it will scan it for you. Tap Save. Then come back to this page, tap the box below, choose Choose Files, and pick your scan. You'll find it under Recents.
On an Android phone: open the Google Drive app, tap the plus sign, choose Scan, and save it. Then come back to this page, tap the box below, and pick the file you just saved.
