Global Account Manager (Existing Accounts) - B2B

We're looking for someone to manage our existing accounts.

This means owning and growing revenue from existing customers by managing relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

This is a remote position.
You will manage accounts across domains and regions, with a primary focus on USA and Europe. The main industries will be medical devices and market research.

Someone with EXCELLENT written and communication skills, with at least THREE years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on account management.
Someone with experience in international sales, using a CRM (Hubspot) and coordinating with internal teams.
Someone who meticulously maintains trackers and reports, never misses a follow up and knows how to keep clients engaged.
