Camp Etna has been a vibrant center for the Spiritualist community since 1876. For 150 years, we have served as a sanctuary for healing, learning, and spiritual growth. Our historic camp continues to thrive thanks to the dedication of volunteers, practitioners, and the support of people like you.
Each year in the Summer and Fall, Camp Etna hosts fundraising fairs that bring together local artisans, holistic practitioners, church communities, food vendors, and neighbors from near and far. These gatherings are more than markets, they’re celebrations of community, connection, and shared purpose.
Our Summer Fair is June 27 and our Fall Fair is September 12. Alongside these fairs, we also honor our long Spiritualist tradition with three Mediums Days held on June 20, July 18, and August 15. These days offer visitors the chance to experience readings, healing, and the heart of Camp Etna’s spiritual work.
As a non-profit organization, Camp Etna relies on the generosity of sponsors to make these fairs possible. 1. These events are family-friendly: sponsors displaying items which are not appropriate will be asked to remove them from public view.
2. Booth placement is at the discretion of event management.
3. Sponsors are required to be set up and operational during the entirety of the show, and not teardown until the show management allows, at the close of the show. They are responsible for checking fair times.
4. Sponsorship application must be signed (electronically as a legal signature).
5. In the event that an employee or representative of the Sponsoring organization attends the event, they are responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations: failure to do so may result in expulsion from the fair without refund, or prohibition from attending future shows.
6. Sponsors and their acting representatives can be removed from a show if their behavior or actions are deemed inappropriate by show management, no refund will be offered.
7. There is a strict no alcohol/no cannabis regulation in place for all shows; failure to comply will result in ejection without refund, and rejection for future shows.
8. Payment is due at time of signing, and can be made via a sponsor payment button on the webpage. Please write the amount you will be paying before hitting the submit button.
I hereby release Camp Etna from liability for refunds and of all liability for personal injury and for loss of property due to theft, fire, accident, or any act of God, war, or terrorism. In the event that it is necessary to change either the location or the dates of a fair or fairs, the liability of Camp Etna is limited to the refund of the Space Fees that have been paid by an exhibitor who does not attend as a result. Furthermore, the named registrant understands that contact with them will be made at the address, phone number, and email provided above. Communication between partners is the responsibility of said partners. I (we) have read and agree to the above and all fair rules and instructions.
