The job market is tough. Getting noticed is even tougher. Join us for a practical session on the psychology and strategy behind recruitment - from writing a CV that actually gets attention to understanding what happens on the other side of the application.

What we'll cover:

🧠 The psychology of recruitment: What catches a recruiter's attention? How do recruiters actually read CVs, and what makes someone stand out?
📄 How to build a CV that gets noticed: Learn how to structure and present your experience so that your CV communicates your value quickly and effectively.
🔎 How to look for a job in a difficult market: Practical strategies for finding opportunities, approaching companies and improving your chances when competition is high.
🤖 What if there's no human reading your CV?: We'll dive into ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) - how they work, what they look for, and why a great CV can still get filtered out before it reaches a recruiter.
✏️ Bring your own CV: Have a CV you're currently using? Bring it with you. We'll have time to review and customize CVs during the session, with practical feedback you can apply immediately.
The session will be led by a certified Career Coach and is designed to be practical, interactive and focused on things you can actually use in your next job search.
