Build NPI with us — Founding Engineer & Architect

NPI (National Player Index) is a multi-sport evaluation platform combining biometric analysis, computer vision, and verified scouting for athletes from youth development through college recruiting.
We're looking for a Founding Engineer & Architect to bring our Claude-built modules together and take the platform live. Real product, real coaches and parents already using it, real ownership over the code that ships.
The role:
- Part-time, ~10–20 hrs/week
- Hourly + equity opportunity
- Remote-friendly
- CMU undergrads, grad students, and recent alums all welcome
- Possible path to founding-engineer FTE once we hit revenue
