Yes, I am happy for pictures and videos to be taken during the Wander. As a parent &/or guardian, this includes consent for a child under 16 to appear in photographs or short video clips on Keep Edinburgh Thriving's social media or marketing materials.

No, I do not consent to any pictures or videos being taken of our party during the Wander.

On behalf of the group, I confirm that everyone in my group is in good health and physically able to participate in a 2-hour walk through Edinburgh, including hills, cobbled streets and stairs. I confirm I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, mobility issues or accessibility requirements above. I understand that participation is entirely at our own risk.

Yes, I understand that the Wander does not include any passes or tickets to paid attractions in Edinburgh.

I confirm that I am aged 18 or over and authorised to make this booking.

I understand that cancellations made more than 48 hours before the agreed Wander start time receive a full refund or reschedule and that cancellations made less than 48 hours before are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the reason, including illness, change of plans or travel disruption.

I understand that no alcohol will be provided to anyone under 18 under any circumstances, that participants who appear under 25 must produce valid photographic ID (passport, UK photocard driving licence, or PASS card) at the drink stop if requested, and that Nashy may refuse to continue the Wander where a participant is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately, with no refund due.
