Social Square Internship Program Operations • Hybrid (Dhaka)

Social Square is a UGC creator marketplace built for the Bangladeshi market - connecting brands with creators through a structured campaign system. We work with real brands, run real campaigns, and are building the infrastructure for how content gets made and distributed in BD.

We're onboarding 5 interns into a 12-week rotation program across our operations, marketing, and creator communications teams. You won't be siloed into one role. You'll move across departments, pick up real skills in each, and get a ground-level view of how a creator marketing startup actually runs.

What you will be doing

You'll rotate across all three of our core teams over 12 weeks - touching everything from campaign operations and client communications to social media management. The work is real, the feedback is direct, and no two weeks look the same.

Requirements

• Based in Dhaka, can physically come into the office 2 days a week • Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) • Understands how social media and creator culture works in BD • Can take an unclear task and deliver something useful without hand-holding • No prior experience required, attitude and drive matter more

Compensation

• Monthly Stipend: BDT 7,500 • Work Hours: 5 days a week, (2 days at office), 12PM to 7PM • Full-time conversion for top performers after 12 weeks
