Job Title: Solution Sales Engineer
Location: Baghdad – Al-Arasat
Job Summary:

We are looking for a Solution Sales Engineer to drive sales growth and deliver innovative technology and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing—while ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
· Represent the company with in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and services.
· Identify and analyze government and public sector market needs and requirements.
· Prospect, generate leads, and develop new government and enterprise accounts.
· Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing (lead-to-cash).
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and decision-makers.
· Apply consultative and solution-selling approaches to address customer pain points.
· Design and present technical solutions and architectures aligned with government requirements.
· Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closure in coordination with management.
· Develop business cases, ROI studies, and proposals to support government opportunities.
· Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support product and solution development.
· Monitor contracts, financial performance, and compliance for assigned accounts.
· Prepare sales pipelines, forecasts, prospecting, and management reports.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities in the government.
Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in any field of Engineering, or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or field sales.

· Strong understanding of business products and services in the e-government

and automation industry.

· Strong network of relationship with government sector.

· Advance Knowledge in selling Techniques.

· Articulates client business value with consultative selling approaches in business case.

· Must show effective negotiation and closing skills and capable of closing deals

· Understanding of Competition and product positioning.

· Lead generation capabilities is a must.

· Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Advance Command in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
